Coverage Search helps you find the best coverage in any state, county, city, or ZIP code across the U.S.
To determine the #1 carrier in every area, Coverage Search combines FCC signal strength data with over 2 million speed tests submitted by the community.
We rank each carrier on three factors:
- Coverage area
- Data speeds
- Reliability
The coverage score represents how good coverage is on a carrier in that area, factoring in total footprint, reception quality, and tower density.
The speed score represents how fast a carrier's data speeds are, based on real users running speed tests.
The reliability score indicates how often you are likely to have a usable connection on a carrier.

The coverage section includes summaries about the total area each carrier covers.
